We've adopted a dive site and joined Project AWARE's international campaign, Dive Against Debris®!
Spearheaded by PADI Women's DM Marge Buot, along with DM Ross Veridiano, and DM Seleena Cheng, a new Dive Against Debris survey team has sprung up locally and adopted a couple of dive sites in Anilao, Batangas. Last May 18, 2019, we managed to haul a total of 97 kilograms of ocean trash during our initial survey dives (Caban Cove Anilao Cleanup #1). We are now monitoring these dive sites, and will be returning to them on June 29, 2019 to assess, clean, and report on them.
