A menstrual cup is a reusable menstrual care tool that is inserted into the body. It funnels and collects period blood within the body, and is emptied periodically. No trash is produced in its use, and no chemicals are leached by it into the body. We carry Sinaya Cup's menstrual cups. Sinaya Cup is a local brand with social responsibility initiatives that educate Filipino youth on menstrual health.
COMFORT
The cup can be worn very, very comfortably for up to 12 hours. It's as if you aren't wearing anything at all. You can literally forget that you have your period.
QUALITY
Unlike other brands out in the market that are made of dubious materials, these cups are made of ISO-certified 100% medical grade stuff. They are easy to sterilize, and are reusable for up to 5 years.
RELIABILITY
The cup's wide rim ensures protection against leaks. Its slightly firm body also makes it great for active/sporty humans (it holds its shape despite movement), as well as beginners (as the cup opens up effortlessly inside the body).

FIRST USE
Please make sure to sterilize the cup before use.
BEFORE & AFTER YOUR CYCLE
Please make sure to sterilize the cup at the start of your cycle (before you use it), and after your cycle (before you store it). You can sterilize the cup by boiling the cup for a few minutes, or microwaving the cup at high temperatures. (Tip: You can fill an old, unused coffee mug with water, dunk the cup in, stick it in the microwave, and nuke the living crap out of it. Make sure to cover the mug, of course.)
DURING YOUR CYCLE
We recommend washing the cup with a mild, oil-free, and fragrance-free soap. You can use certain facial wash products- the kind used on sensitive skin. (e.g. Cetaphil, Physiogel, etc.) Do not use oil-based soaps, as these will eventually degrade silicone. I would also avoid anything with fragrances, as fragrances are usually added to hygiene and cosmetic products to hide potentially harmful chemicals/ingredients. (Do not use feminine wash either.) These are chemicals you do not want to put inside your body.
Alternatively, we also carry the Sinaya Wash— a plant-based wash specially formulated to gently clean silicone while breaking down blood. It comes in a small, travel-friendly bottle that will last you 2 or so years.

SHIPPING
LOCAL DELIVERY
We ship across Metro Manila via Grab / Lalamove / Angkas / Mr. Speedy / etc. Shipping rates vary and are based on your zip code. The "Local delivery" option will be visible upon checkout if your delivery address is within the areas we service.
NATIONWIDE SHIPPING
We now also ship parcels nationwide on a weekly basis via Blitz/LBC. The total weight of your order must be under 2 kilos, and should not include any perishable / food / plant products.

Please expect all items to be packaged in very minimal used / recycled / secondhand paper bags or cardboard boxes. We try to minimize our carbon footprint where we can, when we can, and as much as we can, and avoid procuring new packaging materials for our products.
All single-use packaging materials, no matter how "eco-friendly," take an inordinate amount of resources (e.g. water, fuel, electricity, trees, etc.) to manufacture. This is why we prefer to solicit used paper bags and boxes via Buhay Zero Waste Preloved, an online decluttering and dumpster-diving platform that we run.Our parcels won't always look pretty, but they have a much much smaller impact on the environment than parcels that use brand new "eco-friendly" packaging materials.
